To achieve its Vision and mission, ReLOG3P developed ReACT, the first and only “one-stop-shop” platform allowing a seamless B2B/B2G/B2C Customer experience for a real end-to-end, Sustainable, Global Logistics, designed on the basis of the principles of "Ethical & Sustainable Logistics" and "Security & Privacy by Design", where Sustainability is approached as a concrete rebalancing between social, environmental and economic interests (People, Planet, Prosperity). ReACT, a complete online resource to correlate Logistics, Supply Chain and Innovation with Sustainability, consist in 5 different services, starting with awareness building, access to information and learning, applying new skills, improving processes and multimodality, with the end result of a certified progress toward Sustainable Development Goals. Furthermore, it is meant to be accessible to and usable by ALL Logistics Stakeholders, yet catered specifically around SME needs.

ReLOG3P, Reshaping LOGistics aiming for 3P: People, Planet, Prosperity

Current Global Logistics is at risk of remaining a ‘dinosaur’ – a fragmented, silo-based, uncollaborative model, poorly-positioned to respond to a threatening logistical landscape: rapid obsolescence of workforce due to innovations, the pandemic and its direct and indirect consequences, geopolitical events and frictions. Add to this a great acceleration of goods and data flows worldwide. All are powerful eye-openers that Global Logistics urgently needs to reinvent to achieve effective, efficient, sustainable (economically, environmentally, socially) approach. More than 90% of an organization's greenhouse gas emissions,1 and 50% to 70% of operating costs, are attributable to supply chains. Business case initiatives for sustainability stretch beyond cost savings to increased revenue, customer loyalty and share price. To reap the benefits now and in the long term, companies should align to science-based targets and begin work to define and achieve those goals. Further, there is a critical need for executives to assess risks, plan for disruptions, and even better, to avoid them. The transformation from traditional to sustainable Logistics requires careful planning. Logistics stakeholders are being bombarded with rhetoric on CSR, ESG and a variety of end-to-end Logistics ecosystems. But to date, no one is providing a solution to reshape the current Global Logistics model by using a People+Planet+Prosperity approach. This is the missing link to create a new ecosystem that is viable and profitable while putting a priority on people and the planet. As set out in the UN SDGs and EU Green Deal, the ambition is move towards climate-neutral by 2050. Supply chains are sustainability’s new frontier. They are core activators for organization-wide sustainability goals and commitments. With sustainability in mind, supply chain executives are forging ahead, taking steps to protect their access to resources and bolster resiliency, and yet finding challenges to overcome and new opportunities to further explore.
