Omnipack supports logistics processes for companies in the e-commerce sector: inbound, storage, picking and packing, shipping, returns handling and more. Our experienced team provides help with logistics, operations, handling customer orders and maintaining the customer experience. We offer a fulfillment solution that ensures scalability in terms of geographical reach and order volume. We manage our own warehouses, have our own software and operate based on our own cloud computing, thanks to which we can deliver comprehensive logistics support. For our merchants we offer price stability, which is essential to any e-commerce budget. We bill for the volume sent per month. To support vendor participation in selected marketplaces, we comply with guidelines regarding various order processing services (Zalando, Amazon and more). We also provide assistance in the field of taxes and duties in order to support merchants selling cross-border. We maintain 99,95% error-free order processing even during sales peaks. We send packages to 40+ countries across the globe, including all of Europe, where deliveries take 1-3 days.
