We provide our customers with access to our global supply chain, built over a combined 50+ years of experience in the hardware manufacturing industry. Our proprietary optimization engine analyzes each individual hardware part and order separately, suggesting to the customer alternative viable solutions. Company USP
Our core innovation and IP is the proprietary AI-based supply chain risk management algorithm. The aim is to expand the functionality to predict price hikes & shortages for all materials and parts used by our customers, develop a supplier resilience concept (i.e automatically optimize the supply chain's plan B in case of disruptions) and provide the customers with the most sustainable supply chain solution. The tool is being developed with the support of the Chair of the Logistics group of ETH Zurich and relies on such data sources as vendor stock APIs, cargo traffic, and live news sentiment analysis. Current market solutions are still fragmented MFGNode has the potential to be the first truly holistic solution in this field.
Problems Solved
Successfully establishing and growing a company whose value proposition is dependent on hardware product development is a major challenge. Both smaller and larger SMEs with limited experience of industrializing and scaling a hardware product often face similar supply chain issues: untrustworthy suppliers, high component pricing, immature product failures, etc. Smaller companies, possess no resources or tools to foresee and handle such global supply chain risks as e.g., “chip shortage”, often leading to their inability to fulfill their customer promises and even leading to company failure risks

In the beginning, MFGNode will target three main customer types: (1) hardware startups in Europe, (2) hardware SME companies in Europe and (3) contract manufacturers (CMs) from Europe. For the latter, our intention is to make MFGNode the only point of access as a certified supplier handling CM orders through our qualified supplier network. Because quality assurance is at the core of the services offered by MFGNode, we can support companies from all fields, from consumer goods to highly regulated industries (e.g. MedTech). Following that, MFGNode will expand to the USA and other markets.
Reference Customers
We have a proven track of 3 startups successfully scaled-up from prototype to serial production. In addition to that, we have worked with and consulted over 20 Companies to understand what challenges and problems they face when bringing their products from prototypes to production and controlling their serial production and supply chain issues. We have also letters of intent from several new companies waiting to start using our services and we currently keep handling limited request manually to bring funding to the company.
