The main purpose of GRYN is to create a global sustainable logistics network, where customers can get automated reports by sharing emissions with your customers on shipment level in real-time. Such a calculation is made possible with the help of external data that GRYN obtains from certified companies. This is plausible and reliable second-hand information, which we also analyze and enhance.
Problems Solved
The main problem of modern logistics is a reporting requirement. The Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive is expected to come into force in the EU from the 2023 financial year. It initially applies to companies with a team size of 250 or more and makes sustainability reporting mandatory. In addition, Europe-wide emissions trading and the associated CO2 pricing will be extended to the transport sector in 2026. These and other developments act like a turbo on the digitization of the logistics industry, as we are expected.
