Greenplan tours are fully dynamic and optimized across the overall delivery or service area (i.e. no geofences; no sub-district per driver/ tour). Moreover, true traffic flow data and time-of-day dependent speed profiles allow for improved time window planning and make ETAs more predictable. Greenplan considers customer-specific business constraints to calculate the optimal tour starting time.
Problems Solved
The Greenplan algorithm ensures highly efficient and reliable tour planning with realistic stop orders. Greenplan uses all available data and considers the overall delivery or service area to solve the vehicle routing problem in one instance. Improved planning results in less tours with fewer kilometres driven. Thus, customers can realize up to 30% in cost savings and reduce their CO2-emissions.
