Concular is a digital circular construction platform allowing to recirculate materials from demolition projects into new ones. By doing that, more than 30% of deconstruction costs can be saved while drastically reducing the CO2-footprint of existing and new buildings.
Company USP
We are the only company that has the technology to digitize materials in in existing buildings, calculate the embodied carbon and also recirculate these materials to reduce the embodied carbon.
Problems Solved
The construction sector is the biggest polluter in the world, accounting for over 60% of waste generation and up to 40% of national GHG emissions. Half of the emissions are accounted for by the production of construction materials. These are mostly disposed after 30-40 years – although a lot can be reused. As only 1% of materials are reused, the material loop has to be closed.
